Two-Session Spring Learning Series

Hosted by Stepped Care Solutions

Following the Winter Learning Series which focused on Practical Solutions for Stepped Care Systems, this upcoming fall series zooms in on the workforce ecosystem.

System transformation is only as sustainable as the people driving it. In this two-session series, we explore how to move beyond “surviving” change toward a culture of collective wellbeing within an adaptive ecosystem.

What You’ll Gain

Participants can expect:

  • A deeper understanding of the adaptive workforce and how to lead from any role
  • Practical insights to shift from reactive to sustainable ways of working
  • Strategies to embed wellbeing as organizational infrastructure
  • Actionable considerations to support resilient, change-ready teams.

Presenters: AnnMarie Churchill, Maggie Inrig, and Purnima Sundar (speaker bios below)

How do we create and support adaptive workforces where we can shift default ways of working to generate greater agency, alignment and impact within and across organizations?

In this session we will overview the Adaptive Workforce Framework, which supports workforces to adapt to change and drive transformation.

Participants will explore:

  • Learn about the Adaptive Workforce Framework
  • Understand and learn practical ways to shift barriers to change within the workforce
  • Hear real-world examples of ‘leading from where you stand.’ from sector leaders.

Session 2: Wellbeing as Infrastructure: Workplace Wellbeing Strategies

Coming Soon! Fall 2026 | 12:00-1:15 pm EST | 75 minutes

Presenters: AnnMarie Churchill and Maggie Inrig (speaker bios below)

Wellbeing is often treated as an individual responsibility or even opportunity, a “perk” or a “self-care” checklist. However, in high-demand systems such as mental health and substance use systems, true wellbeing is a systemic requirement. This session reframes wellbeing as essential for an adaptive workforce and explores innovation at an organizational level.

Participants will explore:

  • Intercepting the Urgency Default: How to move away from reactive, crisis-driven work cultures that can lead to burnout, to a more proactive approach.
  • Wellbeing as Strategy: Shifting from individual initiatives to organizational strategies that protect the health of the entire ecosystem.
  • Designing for Sustainability and Impact: Practical ways to embed wellbeing into sustainable structures.
