Today Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Health Minister Patty Hajdu announced the launch of Wellness Together Canada, a new online portal that extends the SC2.0 model to all Canadians.
Stepped Care Solutions is our own non-profit organization committed to implementing SC2.0 across Canada. We are the lead organization, along with Kids Help Phone and Homewood Health, in the $25M Wellness Together Canada joint venture project funded by Health Canada.
