Enrollment and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all Open Enrollment facilitator-led training. These are courses that are offered by Stepped Care Solutions on a recurring basis, and are open to participants registering from different organizations.
Enrollment, cancellations and refunds (participant-initiated)
SCS understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
Enrollment Cut-off:
- Registration closes five (5) days prior to the start of a course.
Cancellations and refunds:
- More than 5 business days before the start of the course: Participants may cancel their registration without penalty or transfer their registration to another course of equal value
- Less than 5 business days before the start of the training: A substitute attendee may be assigned before the start of the session or the full course fee will be incurred
- Non-attendance: participants who are marked absent or who attend less than 75% of the training without prior notification will also incur the full course fee
Cancellations or Rescheduling initiated by Stepped Care Solutions
SCS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses at its discretion, including but not limited to, situations where minimum participant numbers are not met, instructor illness, or unforeseen technical issues.
Participant options in the event that SCS cancels or reschedules a course:
- Full refund of your course fee, OR;
- Transfer of your registration to a future session that works for your schedule
