Stepped Care Connect (SCC) is our web and mobile platform that coordinates and delivers tailored mental health resources, including peer support services, virtual counselling, personalized content, and digital self-help tools. Guided by the Stepped Care 2.0® (SC2.0) model, SCC provides scalable, person-centered solutions to address today’s mental health challenges. Its human-centered design ensures usability, personalization, and intuitive access for care seekers, providers, and administrators.
As the operating lead of Wellness Together Canada – which was Canada’s first and only 24/7 online portal for mental health and substance use health services and resources – we gained extensive expertise in the co-development, delivery, and maintenance of digitally-enabled mental health system innovations.
