One-at-a-Time Approach

Take the strain off your delivery of care and reduce wait times
A One-at-a-Time (OAAT) approach is a core component of our evidence-informed SC2.0 model that fosters care seeker autonomy. We believe that every interaction within mental health and substance use health systems is an opportunity for a person to have a helpful experience that can address their immediate concerns.
Many people don’t seek counselling or don’t return; OAAT counselling makes every session count. It offers a strength-based, trauma-informed, person-centric practice, recognizing that wisdom is not limited to mental health professionals and that individuals often know what is best for them. Organizations who provide OAAT therapy at a first point of contact increase care options, build capacity, and improve access to services.
We offer training with our subject matter experts to build capacity within your organization and community.
