We build mental health care systems.
Universal Principles.
Unique Systems of Care.
We know that there is no ‘one- size-fits-all’ when it comes to mental health care. Our principles are rooted in diversity, equity and inclusion and we aspire that care approaches are co-designed to redress inequities within current systems.
Through this collaborative work, our goal is to improve the mental health and wellness of all peoples and to reduce the burden of mental illness. From initial discussions, through to implementation and system refinement, we draw upon your institutional knowledge and insights to reshape your existing mental health care system to align with the principles of SC2.0
What We Do
We work with organizations and the communities they serve focusing on three main offerings:
Population-based mental health literacy, promotion and early intervention
Mental health care system development support
Capacity and skills training for SC2.0.
Population-based mental health literacy, promotion and early intervention.
We apply our clinical, system change, and implementation science expertise to work with governments, public service organizations, and other institutions to provide consulting and implementation support on the development and delivery of full continuum care. Through this collaborative work, our goal is to improve the mental health and wellness of all peoples and to reduce the burden of mental illness.. We apply the Stepped Care 2.0© (SC2.0) model and theory to guide the implementation of upstream programming, that is flexible, culturally responsive and population- based.
- Implementation and strategic guidance
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Vendor identification and contracting support
- Virtual platform and portal design, development and management
- Curation of program tools and resources
- Follow-up measurement, calibration and continuous improvement support
- Training and capacity building
Mental health care system development support.
We know that transforming programs and building systems isn’t easy, but it is possible. Using the SC2.0 methodology, we work with organizations and the communities they serve to co-design and implement mental health care systems that are informed by the unique culture and context of the community to ensure the solution meets specific needs.
- Consulting and training in SC2.0 methodology and implementation
- Capacity planning and consultation for mental health system development
- SC2.0 implementation support, adhering to SC2.0 standards and implementation science best practices
- Access to our global network of trusted subject-matter experts

- Access to resources, peers and collaborators through communities of practice
Capacity and skills training for SC2.0 implementation.
For organizations and the communities they serve that have already implemented or are in the process of implementing changes to their own mental health care system through a stepped care approach, we provide coaching, tools and resources to support implementation, monitoring and analysis. As further support, we offer blended learning programming, consisting of asynchronous e-learning modules which are supported through live consultation.
- Access to resources, peers and collaborators through communities of practice
- Access to blended training and coaching on subjects such as SC2.0, Recovery Approach,
- Single-session/One-at-a-time Therapy, Peer-support, Co-design, Therapeutic Measurement and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
